Materials: EVA Foam, Smooth-On Resin
The Process: This costume is one of my favorites, since it was my first armor build I ever did. EVA foam is fortuneatly one of the cheapest materials to make armor with, because there was a lot of trial and error figuring it out. The boobie cups were especially tricky! I modified a dance leotard and leggings for the undersuit, with a zip-up neck piece in neoprene fabric. This build taught me the hard way to not rely on hot glue to last you through a con. It also taught me why test runs are important.
